A few words about the hotel..

Arsinoe complex consists of 7 stone built apartments, with the prospect to expand and the ambition to become a small village. Built amphitheatrically on a verdurous hill of 3.2 acres, 1500 m away from the centre of the village of Limenaria and 150 m away from the sea.

Surrounded by the green of olive and pine tree overlooking the infinite deep blue Aegean Sea, provide full autonomy creating a sense of carefree within your private space.

The apartments were traditionally built with stone, wood and slate. The rooms are one- and two-bedroom and all feature a separate fully-equipped kitchen. In the 2-bedroom houses the sofas in the living room become beds, thus accommodating 4 to 5 individuals in total. Air-conditioning and fireplace are also available.

In the surrounding area of each residence there is a barbeque, pergolas with vines, garden furniture and stone benches under the shade of the pines. Cobblestone paths lead the visitors from the parking lot to the apartments.

Your stay here is an escape from the urban environment, a simple and friendly contact with nature.

The furnishing is traditional and the furniture have been chosen so as to contribute to the warm atmosphere of hospitality and intimacy that characterizes the apartments. There is a fireplace and the sitting room has a large balcony overlooking the sea and the garden. It also features a patio with garden furniture and is the ideal place for relaxation.
There is separate kitchen. It is fully-equipped and includes electric hub, refrigerator and a full range of small devices. Also, there are utensils such as dishes, cutlery and glasses.
Finally there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there are sofas that become beds. So, 4 to 5 people in total can be accommodated. Show less

Hotel policies

Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.

In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay. 

The deposit must be paid within a maximum of 3 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 3 day period.

Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
