Dimitra Studios are located in a garden full of green, near the beautiful Golden Beach in Skala Potamia, Thassos. We offer eight newly-renovated and fully-equipped studios, each with wonderful mountain views, as well as one apartment with a sea view on the top floor. Every studio and the apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker, water kettle, television, air conditioning, wireless internet, and a balcony or veranda. We also have parking, playground, garden, a kiosk and a barbeque. Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
The deposit must be paid within a maximum of 3 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 3 day period.
Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
